God - Consciousness

July 18, 2010

Jesus once said: I and my Father are one. When 'I' is seen as consciousness and 'my Father' as God, the expression points to timeless and universal truthfulness…

Truthfulness is the dismantling Light of Now, in which assumptions and pretence of the confused sense of being dissolve. 'I' isn't a separate form but the one Consciousness which is always Now. Identifications with images and descriptions vanish in Consciousness-Light-God.

Consciousness is God. Consciousness notices it is aware of its consciousness. Awareness of Being is Life, which is always aware, as Now, of what manifests as movement and transformation. The changing is recognized, what recognizes is the Stillness of Light.

Stillness of Light becomes apparent through the absence of time. After deep sleep is the memory of the peace of sleep, but it cannot be said how long the sleep lasted. Unlike deep sleep, Stillness is not an experience. Self-images, world and entanglements in time are absent in deep sleep.

Consciousness and God is one. That which says 'I' is God. In the relative world of forms 'I' usually is associated with description, varying from gender to status. Communicating and perceiving from those labels deprives consciousness of realizing the divinity in everything.

Unnoticed a habit of watching from a describable I evolves. This wants to defend and enlarge the false identity. Refuge is taken in stipulating the self-image with archetypal sub-identities which lay stored in the collective sub-consciousness.

Experiencing is dependant on view-points, which the false identity (ego) delivers. Perceiving from still, self-image-less awareness reveals the same divinity in what is perceived as the divinity from which perceiving happens. subject and object turn out to be one, or Consciousness-Light-God.
