The Self Image

The 'me' that wants to hold on to something is an activity stemming from the self-image… In this imagination there usually isn't a clear sense of Being, the timeless Being, which is before the imagination.

If you change your self-image, ask yourself if it changes 'that which is aware'. Then ask if you are the image, or the awareness.

This awareness is direct Being, from where an imagined self assumes that there's a lot wrong with being. The self image is an image of Being, an image with an agenda.

Awareness is undamageable the unchanging to which appearances appear. Perceiver and perception - subject en object - drop in the realization of singular perceiving.
