No self - the one Self

The conceptual 'me' - ego - does not exist. In this context this is called 'no self'. In some traditions 'no self' is called 'the one Self'.

Both expressions refer to the same Mystery… direct Knowing, or Consciousness without an object, or Awareness, which befóre 'sleep, dream and waking' is the non-dual, uninterrupted Being.

This Directness is also sometimes called True Nature. True Nature is one and the same as Awareness, the one Self, God…
