Doing

Mind usually is hung up on a 'self' with a free will, which acts and decides… without realizing the will of God.

Ego-activity gives 'good' or 'bad' weight to experiences. Weight gives emotional or mental heaviness to convictions. Convictions feed off stories evolving round experiences, which are kept alive with believe. This all starts with believe in a separate self.

It really feels as if a 'me' is the owner of the experiences, and the world, or the other, did something to 'me' (blame). There can also be a weight of guilt. Then there is the conviction that 'I' did something to someone.

When it is realized that circumstances evoke a certain behavior, that weight makes 'the mind' more sensitive to certain behavior, and 'I' is a fear based, defensive habit, it is easier to see that Consciousness always is the guilt-less Directness of Now.

This Realizing dismantles old shock, which - as fear - perpetuated habits. Realization happens impersonally, not as an activity from someone.
